Should you change your mind about your order, you may return your book within 21 working days of the delivery of your order. This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. A full refund will be given for the returned items (including original postage costs), providing they are in their original condition and accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt. Any postage costs incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost.

This policy does not extend to any perishable items or downloaded files.

If an item was found to be damaged or faulty on arrival, we will exchange or refund the item including postage costs. If you require a replacement we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before sending a new item.

Please contact us for the return address. Items should be sent to us by the most economical method and they will remain your property until we have received them.

All returns are at the discretion of Pudding Press Ltd and refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment.

Please allow 14 working days (in addition to the delivery time) for the refund to be processed.
